What is your return policy?

When you shop at Prida we endeavour to meet your needs and satisfaction. However it is your responsibility to inspect the goods prior to them leaving our care and to satisfy themselves as to the quality and suitability of the goods to meet their requirements under their particular application conditions.

Furniture

We allow returns and/or exchange (where possible) with no penalties for furniture items under the following circumstances;

a. Item is damaged in transit

Damaged in transit problems must be noted UPON DELIVERY. You are required to inspect your items BEFORE you sign for them, as your signature voids any shipping warranty that may have existed. We cannot exchange your item if you have already signed for it. You signature upon the shipper paperwork means that your item has arrived to you in a satisfactory condition.

b. Item has a manufacturers fault/flaw/damage

Items with manufacturer’s faults must be reported within 7 days. You will be offered a replacement item (if available) or a similar product or a refund. Items not reported as having a fault within the 7-day period are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

c. The wrong item has been shipped to you

If the wrong item has been shipped to you, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item to organize for an exchange. Please contact us to arrange the delivery.

We do not accept furniture returns under the following circumstances:

· You are negligent in caring for your item resulting in damage- We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused to the goods due to mishandling, negligence, abuse or misuse once the goods have left our care.

· Natural wear and tear caused after delivery

· You simply change your mind- In accordance with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading a purchaser is not entitled to any exchange or refund following a change of mind or circumstance.

Ornament Paintings

If you are not satisfied with an ornament painting that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (less freight charges) or a product exchange, with the exception of Discontinued/Clearance Items. The item must be returned in ‘like new’ condition, with all paperwork, packaging, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.

Guidelines for returns:

  • Pack the items securely. Please wrap the product so it does not get damaged in shipment. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. We suggest you register your packages to avoid loss.

  • Please contact us at prida.aus@gmail.com to receive a return reference number (RRN) in order to expedite your return and ensure proper credit to your account.
  • Please have your order information ready, including Invoice Number, product details, contact details of the purchaser.
  • Please note that refunds will not be issued for products that are soiled, damaged, have missing parts or returned without an assigned RRN.
  • Original shipping costs for return are non refundable (except wrongly shipped or faulty or damaged products).
  • Refunds or credits are issued within 7 days of product received by Prida if the returned product is confirmed in its original condition.
  • For undeliverable packages caused by your error, all shipping costs will be taken off from the credit from us.
  • Please notify us about damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt, and make sure you keep all the original boxes and packaging.
  • If returns are sent without original packaging, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your credit.

 
How can I pay for my order?

You can make a payment at prida.com.au via the following options: Credit Cards (Visa & Master), Cheque, Money Order or Direct Bank Deposit. Credit cards can used online at prida.com.au.
